Shipping and assembly

We deliver our products worldwide and work with multiple shipping companies. If you have any specific preferences regarding how you want your items to be delivered,
leave them in the comments to your order. We can deliver your order to your door or a pick-up point.
The cost of shipping is calculated individually. On average, the shipping costs between 5 to 10% of the total price of your order.
Please, fill out contact information using the name of the person who will receive the order.
Usually, you pay for shipping upon receiving your order. We accept cards or cash.

You can choose any payment method that is convenient for you.
We accept cash, card, and direct deposits. We also offer gift certificates.
Lead time
If we do not have an item in stock, the lead time for your order will be written in the contract and will usually range from 30 business days.
But often, we are able to manufacture your order faster. If you need a chair or a shelving unit, tell us about it, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

If an item you want to order is out of stock, it will take up to 30 business days after we receive your payment to manufacture it.

I received a damaged item.
Make sure you check your order before signing the delivery notice. The shipping company is responsible for any damage to the order made during the delivery process.
If you discovered the damage to your order after signing the delivery notice, we cannot help you.
But if you did not sign the delivery notice upon receiving a damaged item, please, contact us and file a complaint with the shipping company. We will help you if needed!
